Trend Forecasting

Our inspiration is drawn from our everyday surroundings. Our desingn team travels around the world frequently, attending fashion fairs and visiting trendsetting shops, to keep up to date with emerging trends.

Design

Fabric Sourcing and R&D

Our sourcing team understands, discusses and interprets the needs and ideas of our customers. Principle of our company is breathing new life into fashing with making differences in male and female clothing with unique design, washing, quality and service concept by investing on R&D departments, enriching its collection in accordance with customer demans and expectations.

Planning Department

Main organisation unit of the company, makes critical path analysis, predicts and sets all stage of production. Connets and plans in-house and subcontracted produtcion units for a rapid on-time deliveries.

Modelling Room

4 highly skilled pattern makers both exprerienced in GERBER program to fulfil all pattern requirements.

Cutting

Fabric is rolled out placedmon the tables 20 m long layered. Amount variable from 50-100 layers. Pattern paper with fabric parts is fixed on top of the fabric file to ensure accurate cutting.

Embellishment

All kind of embroidery, print and artwork can be applied on garments. This process can be done before after washing depending on design.

Sewing

Each pair of jeans is made up of 19 to 42 parts, depending on the style. Each seamstress operates one machine and handless one stage in the sewing process. 50-80 stage involved to finalise garment.

Washing

Experienced design and washing developers choose the most suitable wash & fabric option from a wide range, offering a unique colleciton for our customers. Creative design technicians employed for research and experimenting new washing techniques. Innotvative washings and adaptation of innovative washings to the production are being done in accordance with our customers demands by expericenced team who follows latest trends at the washing R&D department.

Finishing

Each and every produced product passes through many different quality control stage from raw material stage to the packaging stage. Cleaning, ironing, nailing, final measurement and color inspection. All quality tests and reports are subjected to individual Quality Assurance Team.

Packaging

Depending on our customers needs garments are packed subject to their packing regulations.

Shipment

After all quality controls, garment are ready to be shipped to the their destination. In order to obtain healthy and optimum working standards, we are committed to fulfil our corporate social responsibilities.
